Leak investigations: we flood-test planters, patios and balconies, investigate window leaks, and track down water ingress into parkades and amenity rooms. You get a short written report with photos and a recommended fix.

our in-house interior repair team fixes the inside damage a leak leaves behind, including drywall, paint, trim and finishes. One company finds the source, fixes the outside and repairs the inside, so the whole issue is resolved.
Mould remediation
when water has got inside, we contain the area, remove and replace mould-affected materials, and clean and treat what's left, then restore the finishes. That way the leak, the mould and the damage are all dealt with by one team.
Maintenance programs
we do annual sealant touch-ups, tile and paver cleaning, roof and podium upkeep, and hallway touch-ups. On request, a building envelope assessment can be included.
