CaulkingRope & swing-stage accessAt 49 storeys this is the tallest building in Coquitlam, with 364 homes. It was completed in 2021. We caulked the tower's exterior between 2021 and 2025.

Balconies & membranesCaulkingA three-tower community of 50, 45 and 22 storeys, with close to 900 homes. We applied balcony traffic coatings on all three towers and did reveal caulking, billed tower by tower with QC documentation for every floor.
Hyatt Regency Vancouver
Rope & swing-stage accessPaintingA 35-storey, 650-room landmark hotel opened in 1973. We did swing-stage exterior work and facade washing, scheduled around a fully operating hotel.
Lougheed Heights
CaulkingPaintingA three-tower community of 38, 29 and 28 storeys near Lougheed Town Centre, completed in 2020. We did the exterior caulking and the full exterior paint.
Silver and The Park

1650 Bayshore Drive
CaulkingPaintingRope & swing-stage accessA 19-storey tower completed in 2003. We caulked it twice. In 2014 we did the caulking and metal painting. In 2026 we replaced every reveal and penetration joint, about 12,000 linear feet, and that work is covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

The Piermont
PaintingLeaks & maintenanceA 10-storey concrete building completed in 1999. We have repainted it twice and replaced its main roof, and we handle its window cleaning, leak investigations and annual maintenance.
Sky
Balconies & membranesRope & swing-stage accessPaintingA 22-storey tower with 155 homes, built in 2005. We pressure-washed it, re-coated the balcony and eyebrow membranes, sealed cracks and repainted it from rope and swing stage, with a daily photo report to the consultant.
Seaborne Park
Caulking & sealantsCommercial & industrialA new three-building, roughly 113,000 sq ft tilt-up industrial park in Port Coquitlam's Dominion Triangle. We caulked the tilt-up panel joints across the site during construction in 2018.

Caulking & sealantsRope & bosun-chair accessA 22-storey waterfront tower on Marinaside Crescent, built in 1997, with its low-rise townhome podium. We removed and replaced the exterior sealant around the windows and doors, working the tower from bosun chairs, under the building envelope consultant's site reviews.
